West Side Community Organization (WSCO) organizes people of the West Side of the City of Saint Paul to build collective power to advance justice and racial equity in the community for all people. WSCO envisions a just and joyful neighborhood where new development and wealth creation benefit all West Siders – no matter what we look like or where we come from. In this neighborhood, all West Siders have access to affordable, quality housing; opportunities to build wealth; transportation; and a healthy environment. OCW and WSCO have partnered up to expand on the already culturally rich community to work with developer to integrate the arts in the new residential buildings on the West Side. Beyond arts integration and engagement, we are dreaming into the impact of community ownership and more.
